The Brain and Art with Naomi Andrée Campbell + Felice Ghilardi, M.D.

Learn how art is being used in rehabilitative medicine, the increasing evidence that art enhances brain function by impacting brainwave patterns, emotions, and the nervous system, as well as raising serotonin levels, and how it can even stimulate the creation of new neural pathways and ways of thinking.

Dr. Ghilardi is a CCNY faculty member and Co-Director of Neuroscience-Psychiatry courses at City College CUNY School of Medicine / Sophie Davis Biomedical Education and PA Programs. She is also President of the Melvin Yahr Foundation for Parkinson's Disease.
